meatpods.com describes the Meat Pod modular processing plant, the ways a producer can own or franchise one, and the financing programs that can help pay for it. It is published by Nebraska Farmers Network, LLC, Lincoln, Nebraska.
Not a franchise offer
Nothing on this site is an offer to sell a franchise, and nothing on it is a solicitation of an offer to buy one. Franchises are offered only through a Franchise Disclosure Document delivered in compliance with the FTC Franchise Rule and applicable state law. In states that require registration, we will not offer or sell a franchise until the offering is registered or exempt. See FDD Access.
Figures are illustrative
Revenue, margin, capacity, pricing, and timeline figures on this site, including the outputs of the revenue calculator, are illustrations built from public data and the inputs you supply. They are not historical results, not guarantees, and not financial performance representations. Any financial performance representation we make is in Item 19 of the Franchise Disclosure Document. Founding-network terms shown on the site are subject to change.
Financing information
Grant, loan, and program information is summarized from the agencies and lenders that run those programs. Terms, deadlines, and eligibility change without notice. Meat Pod does not lend, does not award grants, and does not guarantee approval by any program. Confirm details with the program before relying on them.
Using the site
- Use the forms to ask about a pod for your own operation or a group you represent. Do not submit false information or information about someone else without their permission.
- Do not scrape, overload, probe, or interfere with the site or its forms, and do not try to get past the bot checks or access gated pages you have not been given a code for.
- Access codes for the investor overview and the franchisee area are personal to the person we gave them to. Do not share them.
Content and trademarks
The text, renders, diagrams, photographs, and the Meat Pod name and logo belong to Nebraska Farmers Network, LLC or its licensors. You may view and print pages for your own evaluation. Any other use, including republishing the renders or the traceability platform screens, needs our written permission.
Third-party services
Scheduling, bot protection, and links to agency and lender websites are provided by third parties under their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for their content or availability.
No warranty
The site is provided as is. We work to keep it accurate and available but do not promise that it is error-free, complete, current, or uninterrupted. To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied.
Limit on liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Nebraska Farmers Network, LLC and its members, managers, employees, and agents are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the site or reliance on its content. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us to use the site, which is nothing.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nebraska. Disputes will be brought in the state or federal courts sitting in Lancaster County, Nebraska.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the current version, and continued use of the site after a change means you accept it.
